Kerens Independent School District, as a local governmental entity, is subject to the requirements of the Texas Public Information Act.

Procedures to obtain information:

    Submit a request by mail, fax, email or in person to include the following information:

  • Requestors contact information: Name, Address, Phone Number, Fax Number, Email Address
  • Preferred format for information:  Paper copy, Electronic copy, Inspection only
  • Preferred method of delivery:  U. S. Mail, Email, Fax, Pick Up
  • Enough description and detail about the information requested to enable the governmental body to accurately identify and locate the information requested.
